Maciej Kautz - TV & radio journalist whose smile breaks the ice. He works as Master of Ceremony for major conferences and corporate events, including TEDx, “I love marketing” as well as international events (eg. European Union Baltic Forum 2019). Since 2013, Maciej has been producing and hosting a talk-show in English on National Polish Radio (Polskie Radio). Maciej studied at Appalachian State University and University of Antwerp. He holds a Master of Laws degree from Adam Mickiewicz University. In 2018, he passed the qualifying exam and is now attorney-at-law in Poland.

Road Vehicles Central Workshop Manager and Trolleybus Fleet Maintenance Manager. Luigi has a long experience in the buses and trolleybuses maintenance field with many areas of responsibility includes the management of the maintenance and production team, maintenance and production planning and control, the management of subcontractors for vehicles maintenance and revision / repair parts and components. He manages directly the maintenance of the 130 trolleybus of ATM’s fleet. During the last three years and nowadays too, he is involved in the deployment of the ATM’s new full electric fleet of buses and trolleybuses, in particularly regarding maintenance and depots infrastructure.

Having over 20 years of professional experience in public transport industry, nowadays he is a manager at Jaworzno Municipal Transport Company (PKM). Jaworzno’s city transport system is one of the most innovative in Europe, having over 80% of its fleet based on battery buses. Przemysław Sowa is responsible for creating timetables, scheduling transport tasks for electric buses and measuring their efficiency. He is a co-creator of kiedyprzyjedzie.pl application, which manages the fleet and a channel of information addressed to the passengers.

Dipl.-Ing. Stephan Bartosch has been Board member since 2012 at the Freiburger Verkehrs AG (VAG). The graduate mechanical engineer was previously in executive positions in the field of drive systems for Rail vehicles at Voith Turbo GmbH & Co. KG. After his graduation at the University of Karlsruhe, he had started as development and application engineer for engine and transmission systems in the automotive sector.

Bart Kraaijvanger is Manager of Zero Emission Program at Transdev Netherlands, which is one the largest bus operators in the Netherlands and as Transdev Group in entire Europe. He has a long-term professional experience in public transport and fleet management, especially of e-buses. Recently amongst other duties he is managing deployment of 20 hydrogen zero emission buses in Transdev Connexxion fleet.

Jorgo Chatzimarkakis BIO
Jorgo Chatzimarkakis is CEO of Hydrogen Europe. He was Secretary General of Hydrogen Europe from 2016 to 2021. Before he was Representative of Infineon Technologies in Brussels and Member of the European Parliament (2004 – 2014) inter alia in the ITRE Committee (Industry, Technology, Research and Energy) where he could contribute to lay the cornerstone for the first and the second Joint Undertaking on hydrogen and fuel cells. In 2007 he was elected “MEP of the year” by his colleagues of the European Parliament in the category “Research and Innovation”. In 2015 he was appointed ambassador at large for Greece. Mr Chatzimarkakis was born in Duisburg, Germany. He holds German and Greek nationality, a degree in political science from the University of Bonn.

A graduate of Social Sciences, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Since 2008 authorized for supervisory board, granted by the Ministry of the Treasury. In 2010 she graduated with honors, first in the class, Executive MBA management studies in The West Pomeranian Business School in Szczecin, accredited by Leeds University Business School In her daily work she is focused on the personal development of herself and the employees as well. She likes getting co-workers motivation about the challenges the company is focused about. Magdalena Przybyla has an extensive management experience in all three sectors: public (Secretary of the Municipality 1994-2002), for-profit (Marketing and Sales Director of the Personal Protective Equipment Manufacturer and Distributor 2011-2019) and non-profit (westpommeranian, regional CEO of Voluntary Fire Fighters Association 2003-2011 and regional coordinator for EU grants of European Social Fund). She worked and achieved cooperation experience in different countries (e.g. Slovenia, Germany, Turkey, China), focused on marketing, sales, new products developement and certification. Magdalena Przybyla is a socially engaged person. She was the President of the Ladies Club at the Multinational Corps Notheast in Szczecin. Currently she is the President of the Foundation – Firefighter Combat Challenge Poland. In private life she is a lover of dogs and cats and a books devourer.

Petros Spinaris has been Member of the Board of Solaris Bus & Coach responsible for Sales, Marketing and After Sales since 2019. He joined Solaris in 2009, initially as a Manager of subsidiary in Greece and later in the company’s headquarters in Poland where he was managing the Sales and After Sales Department. Agnieszka Pril has been working at Solaris Bus&Coach since 2017 in Research and Development Department. Previously she was responsible for performing Feasibility Studies and adjusting the solution to customer’s needs. Currently in Electrical Systems Team she develops the eSConnect system. Ewelina Politenko is the Regional Sales Manager at Solaris Bus & Coach. She manages the team in the Sales Department and for many years, in close cooperation with the Solaris Daughters, has been successfully implementing the sales plans of Solaris vehicles on many markets - mainly Italy, Scandinavian countries, the Netherlands and Israel. She joined Solaris 14 years ago, taking her first steps in the Spare Parts Sales Department, and for 10 years working in the Sales Department. She is a graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University at the Faculty of Modern Languages, she also graduated from the University of Economics in Poznań at the Faculty of International Economy. She is a supporter of teamwork and very committed to her professional work. Privately, mother of 9-year-old Filip, a travel lover and a fan of crime novels by Remigiusz Mróz.

Jakub Jóźwiak has been After Sales Director at Solaris Bus & Coach since 2018. He joined the company in 2006, initially as Spare Parts purchasing specialist and Service Network Development Leader. In the sales department for over 7 years. She started her career in the automotive industry as a Sales Department Assistant, e.g. analysing sales results. Next, she managed sales projects on the Swiss and German markets, working, among others, on an order of electric vehicles for a key German customer. For one year she has been managing a team which prepares offers and manages contracts for German-speaking markets (Austria, Switzerland, Germany). She graduated from German Studies at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Privately an admirer of literature, especially the Canadian writer Margaret Atwood and travels, both far away as Asia and those close - like the Polish Tatra Mountains.

Marcin Pilachowski has been working at Solaris since 2005. From the very beginning associated with Engineering Office. At the moment he is the Manager of the Electrical Systems Department. Marcin manages several teams responsible for the development and implementation of new electrical solutions in buses. Marta Lis has been Sales Director at Solaris Bus & Coach since 2020. She has joined the firm at 2004, initially as a Tendering Specialist. Since the 2014, as Regional Sales Manager, she had been responsible for company business activities in Middle East and Balcan markets. In 2017 she took the position of Export Deputy Director and had been responsible for determining Sales direction for the organisation and Sales supporting on all markets around the world. Marta Lis has graduated from the University of Economics in Poznań at Faculty of Commodity Science. Having 17 years of experience in the Sales and automotive industry, she is a highly skilled manager with an ease of establishing contacts and maintaining relationships with clients. Paweł Mańkowski has been working at Solaris since 2008, and at the moment he is the Leader of the Hydrogen Technologies Team. He contributed to the development of hydrogen buses. He represents Solaris in many European projects promoting hydrogen technologies in mobility. He is a graduate of the Poznań University of Technology as a mechanical and vehicle construction engineer.

Romuald Witkowski has 11 years experience with multilevel background in sales execution across Nordic and German speaking countries. Since 2016 responsible for coordination of hydrogen activities as part of zero emission strategy at Solaris, deploying first buses on road. Last year appointed for Head of Project Management in sales division. Romuald graduated Poznan University of Technology in the field of Road Transportation and vehicle construction.
